A postage and packing charge of £1.99 will be added to orders up to £10.
A postage and packing charge of £3.95 will be added to orders up to £60,

Postage and packing is FREE on orders totalling OVER £60.

These are sent by royal mail or courier
We aim to Deliver all orders within 1-5 working days from the relevant funds clearing.

Ordering from outside the UK or Europe -
Please e-mail us with your full order and we will get back to you a.s.a.p with the shipping costs. ( which are surprisingly reasonable ).
The cost of shipping worldwide will depend on the weight of the items.
The delivery time is usually up to 5 days anywhere in the world.

Returns -
We will happily accept the return of any faulty goods and will provide a full refund for these items and the postage costs incurred when returned within 7 days upon receipt of your order.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return any item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days upon receipt of your order and receive a full refund but please note postage costs in this case will not be refunded.

Incorrect delivery of goods -
If delivery of the goods is different from those ordered then it is your responsibility to notify us of this as soon as possible, no later than within seven working days of receiving the goods.
